This website, lilypadlabs.io, is run by LilyPadLabs LLC, based in Chicago, IL. If you have any questions about this policy, email hello@yourpond.io.

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, what you’re interested in, and your message.

We use this information only to read and reply to your message. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

We use two companies to run the site and deliver your message:

• Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes the technical details of your visit, such as your IP address, to serve the page to you.
• Resend delivers the contact form message to our inbox.

None. This site doesn’t use analytics tools, doesn’t set cookies, and doesn’t store anything in your browser. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.

We never sell your personal information, and we don’t use it to target you with ads.

We keep your message as long as we need it to respond to you, and as part of ordinary business records after that. We delete it if you ask us to.

To see the information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it, email hello@yourpond.io. We’ll reply to let you know when it’s done.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

YourPond, our app, has its own privacy policy at yourpond.io/privacy. This policy covers lilypadlabs.io only.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
